CBP National Parking Directive

This Directive establishes the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) policy concerning the use of appropriated funds to procure and subsidize parking for federal employees who commute to work in privately-owned vehicles (POVs) and to procure parking for Government-owned vehicles (GOVs) and Government-leased vehicles. This Directive also establishes CBP policy for parking POVs and GOVs at both government-owned and leased locations.
