LAREDO, Texas – During a joint enforcement action, U.S. Border Patrol, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Webb County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), apprehended a large group of illegal aliens in Laredo, Texas.

During the early afternoon hours of November 23, the WCSO provided information on the location of a possible stash house on Baltimore Street.  Border Patrol agents, along with WCSO and HSI, conducted surveillance on the residence and performed a knock and talk.  Forty-three individuals were discovered, along with several weapons.  The individuals were illegally present in the United States and were from the countries of Guatemala, Ecuador, Mexico, and Honduras.  All were found to be in good health and were arrested pending investigation.

The case was turned over to Homeland Security Investigations.
