Laredo Sector Border Patrol Agents Arrest Mexican Mafia Gang Member

LAREDO, Texas – On March 26, 2018, Border Patrol agents arrested an illegal alien associated to the Mexican Mafia Gang. The subject had just crossed the Rio Grande River illegally and was immediately apprehended by Border Patrol in Laredo, Texas. The subject, a Mexican National, admitted to being a member of the Mexican Mafia Gang and had an extensive criminal history. The subject will be processed accordingly for his illegal re-entry into the United States.

All people apprehended by the Border Patrol undergo criminal history checks using biometrics to ensure illegal aliens with criminal histories are positively identified.
