Special Instructions
- Great Falls International Airport (General Aviation) is available 24/7 by advance appointment.
- Appointments for after hours arrivals must be confirmed with the on duty CBP Officer by 1600 hrs on the day of the arrival.
- Appointments for arrivals before office hours must be confirmed with the on duty CBP Officer by 1600 hrs on the day prior to arrival
- Updates to ETA for afterhours arrivals can be made after 1600 hrs by calling the on duty CBP Officer at the Sweetgrass, MT POE CASC room at (406) 335-9628
Contact Information
The on duty CBP Officer may be away from the telephone to clear cargo or arriving aircraft. Leave a voicemail with your return number and someone will respond to your call as soon as possible.
Reporting Requirements
Pilots must give a minimum 1 hour advance notice of their intended arrival. Voicemail and faxes are NOT acceptable means of delivering such notice. Pilots wishing to arrive outside of normal hours must make PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS during normal business hours.
