Our area or responsibility is wide, with multiple opportunities located throughout the contiguous United States. Currently, we are actively searching for a talented candidate to fill a future role as IT Specialist in Nogales, Arizona.

Typical duties of an IT Specialist (Network) include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents.
  • Researching, evaluating and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns to support customer support requirements
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders as the Subject Matter Expert to provide Information Technology guidance and solutions and providing customer training as required
  • Installing, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, optimizing and maintaining customer hardware and software to maximize system availability and monitors network performance
  • Identifying and specifying information system security requirements and ensuring application of information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices

Pay and Benefits

The open solicitation for Nogales, Arizona has an advertised salary range of $67,109 - $104,570 / Per Year
