Tucson, Ariz. - In separate incidents over the weekend, U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector arrested four criminal aliens with felony convictions. Agents discovered the criminal records after enrolling each of the individuals into the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System.
One man arrested in Nogales had been convicted of second degree reckless homicide and armed robbery in Wisconsin. Other felons arrested this weekend by the Tucson sector Border Patrol include a sex offender and two gang members. Their convictions included lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, battery, burglary and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. All of the subjects were held for prosecution.
