Naco, Ariz. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers recently apprehended a fugitive who was wanted by the U.S. Marshals for drug distribution.
On the morning of April 8, CBP officers were screening travelers at the port of entry in Naco when they encountered a 30-year-old-man identified as Jorge Campos, a U.S. citizen and resident of Tucson, Ariz. CBP Officers discovered that Campos was wanted on a warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service on a charge of possession with the intent to distribute marijuana.
CBP officers apprehended Campos and turned him over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals.
