Draft Environmental Assessment for a New Central Processing Center in Yuma, Arizona

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announces the availability of a Draft Environment Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for a new central processing center at the U.S. Border Patrol Yuma Sector Headquarters in Yuma, Arizona.  CBP has prepared a Draft EA and FONSI to analyze the potential environmental and socioeconomic effects associated with proposed construction and operation of a new Central Processing Center at the U.S. Border Patrol Sector Headquarters in Yuma, Arizona.  CBP invites comments on the Draft EA and FONSI during the 30-day comment period beginning on August 23, 2019.  Comments may be submitted using one of the following methods:

2. By mail to Yuma CPC EA c/o Mr. John Petrilla, Border Patrol and Air and Marine Program Management Office, 24000 Avila Road, Suite 5020, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

To ensure consideration, comments must be received by September 23, 2019.
