U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Directive No. 2130-030, Prevention, Detection and Response to Sexual Abuse and/or Assault in CBP Holding Facilities. This directive established CBP's procedures to comply with the requirements applicable to Subpart 8 of the Department of Homeland Security Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Assault in Confinement Facilities, codified at 6 C.F.R. Part 115, which assigned responsibilities to CBP program offices and personnel. This directive also constitutes CBP's written institutional plan pursuant to 6 C.F.R. § 115.165 for utilizing a coordinated multidisciplinary team approach to respond to sexual abuse and/or assault.
