Public Invited to Discuss Port of Raymond Hours

GREAT FALLS, MONT. — U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO) invites community leaders, cross-border stakeholders and other interested parties to a town hall meeting. CBP is seeking public input regarding its adjustment to the hours of operation at the Port of Raymond in Montana.

The Port of Raymond is south of the Canada Border Services Agency Port of Regway in Saskatchewan, Canada. It is 15 miles north of Plentywood, Montana, and 162 kilometers south of Regina, Saskatchewan.

The town hall will be held at the Sheridan Room in the basement of Montana State Bank on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. Montana State Bank is located at 220 N. Main Street, Plentywood, Montana.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation's borders at and between the official ports of entry. CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.
