Gang Members Identified by Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley

EDINBURG, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector arrested two members from dangerous gangs.

Early Thursday morning, Rio Grande City agents working near Roma, Texas, arrested a Salvadoran national after he illegally entered the United States. During processing, record checks revealed he is a member of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang.

Saturday, McAllen station agents arrested a Salvadoran national whose record checks revealed he is a member of the 18th Street Gang.
