LAREDO, Texas – Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Laredo North Station detected and stopped a human smuggling attempt in Laredo, Texas.

The event occurred on Jan. 5, when agents detected a suspicious minivan traveling through a subdivision in the northwest area of the city. When agents found the vehicle at a dead-end street, they discovered the driver had abandoned it.  Agents searched the vehicle and found 10 undocumented individuals.  Agents took all individuals into custody for further investigation.
