Failure to Yield Results in Death near Sierra Blanca, Texas

“Initial information indicates that today, at approximately 7 p.m., U.S. Border Patrol agents patrolling in the area of Sierra Blanca, Texas were involved in a failure to yield that resulted in one fatality.  Office of Professional Responsibility has been notified/are currently investigating this incident. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.”
