Special Instructions:
Public Parking is available directly across from Chicago O’Hare International Airport – Terminal 5 at the short-term parking lot (payment required). Parking lot D is closest to Terminal 5 for international arrival passenger pick ups as well as for appointments at the Deferred Inspections Unit and Global Entry Enrollment Center.
Terminal 5 may also be accessed via the O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) from the other airport terminals or if using the Chicago Transit Authority Subway (Blue Line).
Departing international passengers required to fulfill requirements by filing a FINCEN with CBP or those requesting outward CARNET endorsements should report to CBP at the Public Counter / CBP Office at Terminal 5, Lower Level (near baggage carousel #12). This is the same office for Deferred Inspections and the Global Entry Enrollment Center. If you require FINCEN or CARNET services during the overnight hours from 8:00pm to 7:00am, you should report to this office and call (773) 686-2800 x3668 for assistance.
