Special Instructions

The officer is responsible for duties which may take them away from the office. It is advisable to call in advance to ensure that the officer will be available for services such as I-94 corrections or to make an appointment for the completion of a Certificate of Registration (form CBP4455).  Note: This location is a designated Global Entry Enrollment Center by appointment only through the Trusted Traveler Program website (https://ttp.dhs.gov/

Arrangements for general aviation services outside of operational hours service must be made prior to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays or the day before a designated Federal Holiday for weekends / holidays and may require utilization of the CBP Reimbursable Services Program as authorized under Sections 481 and 482 of the Homeland Security Act, 2002, as amended by the Cross-Border Trade Enhancement Act, 2016.   

Any Commercial / Charter Air Passenger services involving flights with more than 20 passengers / crew may be approved for arrival at the CBP Federal Inspection Service (FIS) area of the passenger terminal under the Reimbursable Services Program as authorized under Sections 481 and 482 of the Homeland Security Act, 2002, as amended by the Cross-Border Trade Enhancement Act, 2016.
