U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO), Agriculture Programs and Trade Liaison (APTL) directorate is excited to share our 2025 CBP Agriculture Canine Calendar! Agriculture canines protect U.S. agriculture by recognizing fruits, vegetables, meats, and soil, which are hosts for invasive pests and diseases. CBP agriculture canine teams provide inspections at the border crossings, preclearance locations, and international cargo warehouses, air passenger terminals, cruise terminals, and mail facilities. In general, beagles are used in passenger environments and mail processing environments. Labradors breeds are mostly used at border, cargo, along with mail processing environments. There are teams of beagles and labradors assigned to continental U.S. ports, and ports in the U.S. VI, PR, HI, and in Toronto, Canada. The 2025 CBP Agriculture Canine Calendar features photos and fun facts about each of this year’s 13 CBP Agriculture Canines. This year’s featured canines include:
