Ground Zero Flag Raising Ceremony

Washington, D.C. (September 14, 2021) Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas joins the U.S. Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard and other DHS employees in raising a flag that had previously been flown over the 9/11 Memorial in New York City on September 11, 2021. After the flag is flown over DHS Headquarters, it will be transported and flown over other DHS locations throughout the country.
