CBP Miami/Tampa Field Office Operational Update for Irma

MIAMI - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations, Miami and Tampa Field Offices will update the trade community and traveling public on the status of the ports of entry in Florida with operational assets at the ready to resume any disruptions to international travel and trade facilitation to the impacted areas as soon as practical.
 
Trade

At this time, the Miami Cargo Clearance Center (CCC) is conducting trade related services. Members of the trade community and the general public can receive trade related services at the Miami Cargo Clearance Center, located at 6601 NW 25th Street, Miami FL 33122. For additional information and hours of operation, please call 305-869-2750.Update on the status of ports of entry in Florida.
 
At this time, Port Everglades is conducting Trade related services. Members of the trade community and the general public can receive trade related services at 1800 Eller Drive Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 Suite 110.  For additional information please call (954) 761-2046.
 
Port of Miami (Seaport)
Port operations are temporarily closed at this time. The Port will reopen following U.S. Coast Guard approval. Cruise travelers should contact their cruise line directly for more information on cruise itineraries.
 
While port operations are closed, CBP remains operationally ready to process travelers and cargo.
 
Miami International Airport
Miami International Airport (MIA) is operational at this time. Airlines are gradually resuming their schedules. Contact airline for flight status before arriving at airport.
 
Port Everglades (Seaport)
Port Everglades is temporarily closed. The Port will reopen following U.S. Coast Guard approval. While port operations closed due to the storm, CBP remains operationally ready to process travelers and cargo.
 
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is operational at this time. Airlines are gradually resuming their schedules. Contact airline for latest flight information.

The FLL General Aviation Facility (GAF) is operational at this time. Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport is is operational at this time.
 
Port of Palm Beach (Seaport)
Port of Palm Beach is temporarily closed to the public and all incoming vessel traffic. The Port will reopen following U.S. Coast Guard approval.
 
While port operations are closed, CBP cargo office is open as movement of empty containers has resumed. 
 
Palm Beach International Airport
Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is operational at this time. Airlines are gradually resuming their schedules. Contact airline for flight status before arriving at airport.
 
The PBI General Aviation Facility (GAF) is operational.
 
Port of Fort Pierce (Seaport)
Port of Fort Pierce is closed at this time to the public and all incoming vessel traffic. Expected to resume business as quickly as possible when safe to do so.
 
Fort Pierce Airport
Fort Pierce Airport is temporarily closed. Diverting international flights to West Palm Beach. While port operations are temporarily closed due to the storm, CBP remains operationally ready to process travelers and cargo.
 
Orlando International Airport

Orlando International Airport is operational at this time. Airlines are gradually resuming their schedules. Contact airline for flight status before arriving at airport.
 
Orlando Executive Airport
Orlando Executive Airport is operational at this time.
 
Orlando Sanford International Airport
Orlando Sanford International Airport is temporarily closed and scheduled to resume operations Wednesday morning. 
 
Daytona Beach International Airport
Daytona Beach International Airport is temporarily closed.  CBP will resume operations post storm when the Daytona Aviation Authority reopens the airport to normal operations.
 
Orlando-Melbourne International Airport
Orlando-Melbourne International Airport is temporarily closed. CBP will resume operations when the Melbourne Aviation Authority reopens the airport to normal operations.
 
Leesburg International Airport
Leesburg International Airport is temporarily closed.

Gainesville Regional Airport
Gainesville Regional Airport is operational at this time.

Port of Fernandina
Port of Fernandina is closed at this time and operations are scheduled to resume Wednesday at 7 a.m.

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is operational at this time.
 
St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport
St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport is operational at this time.
 
Port of St. Petersburg

Port of St. Petersburg is operational at this time.
 
Tampa International Airport
Tampa International Airport is operational at this time.
 
Port of Tampa Bay
Port of Tampa Bay is operational at this time.
 
Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers)
Temporarily closed, operational status to be determined today.

Naples International Airport
Temporarily closed, operational status to be determined today.
 
Port Manatee

Port Manatee is operational at this time.
 
Daytona Beach International Airport
Daytona Beach International Airport is temporarily closed for the duration of the storm.
 
Port Canaveral

Port Canaveral is temporarily closed for the duration of the storm. CBP will resume operations post storm when the Port Canaveral Port Authority reopens the port to normal operations.
 
Jacksonville International Airport
Jacksonville International Airport is operational at this time. Airlines are gradually resuming their schedules. Contact airline for flight status before arriving at airport.
 
Port of Jacksonville
Port of Jacksonville is temporarily closed. The Port will reopen following U.S. Coast Guard approval.  While port operations are closed due to the storm, CBP remains operationally ready to process travelers and cargo.
 
Northeast Florida Regional Airport
Northeast Florida Regional Airport is temporarily closed.
 
Tallahassee International Airport
Tallahassee International Airport is operational at this time.
 
Port of Panama City

Port of Panama City is closed at this time and operations are scheduled to resume Wednesday at 8 a.m.  CBP remains operationally ready to process travelers and cargo.
 
Port of Pensacola
Port of Pensacola is operational at this time.
 
Private Vessels
Private boaters arriving in South Florida must continue to report by calling 1-800-432-1216 or 1-800-451-0393. Boaters calling these numbers will be directed to the nearest location so they may report in to a CBP officer for clearance in person. These 1-800 numbers will be fully staffed 24 hours a day to take boaters’ calls. These numbers can also be reached from cell phones, even if the phone is from out of the area.
