Laredo Port of Entry holds commemoration ceremony to honor victims of 9/11

The video documents the 16th annual commemoration ceremony to honor the victims of 9/11 held at Juarez-Lincoln Bridge, Laredo Port of Entry. The ceremony, which includes the raising and lowering to half-staff of the American flag, features participation by local CBP, HSI leadership as well as management representatives of Laredo Fire Department and Laredo Police Department.
