Deferred Inspections - Individuals are requested to call in advance to confirm appointment at (904) 714-3100 X7. Deferred inspection operating hours are 8:00 am - 12:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday only. Office is located at 10426 Alta Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
Landing Rights - Submit all landing rights requests to jaxlandingrights@cbp.dhs.gov.
Operators must contact Jacksonville Airport Operation Command Center at, (904) 741-2020, to obtain PPR number prior to requesting CBP landing rights.
