Take the Shallowford Road Exit and turn right. Proceed to the first right and turn into the the Shallowford Business Plaza Office Complex. Proceed to the first stop sign. Proceed straight. The Customs office is located approximately in the middle of the office buildings on the right.

Take Shallowford Road Exit and turn left. Go over the interstate bridge overpass and take the first right into the Shallowford Business Plaza Office Complex. Proceed to the first stop sign. Proceed straight. The Customs office is located approximately in the middle of the office buildings on the right.

Contact Information

All requests for flight clearances that are not scheduled for normal business hours must be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. All aircraft, freight, passenger and crew information for inbound/outbound flights must be faxed to the Chattanooga office during normal business hours at least 2 hours prior to arrival/departure.
