The Jose Aponte de la Torre Airport in Ceiba, PR is a “landing right” type airport, and requires CBP approval prior to landing. Please contact the Fajardo, PR office to obtain approval. Hours of Operation 8: AM - 6:00 PM, Seven days a week (7).
