Directions to Port Office

Kalispell

The airport is located about 8 miles north of Kalispell. Follow Hwy 2 East and turn into the Glacier Park International Airport. As you approach the Main Terminal, bear right, into the general aviation area. The Customs office is a separate building and is easy to locate.

Special Instructions

  • Effective November 17th, 2024, all flights requesting permission to land outside of normal operating hours will be required to utilize an individual or third-party Reimbursable Services Agreement (RSP) to compensate CBP for the overtime cost to clear the flight.
  • Please contact the on-duty CBP Officer in Kalispell to inquire about after-hours clearance procedures.
  • After the inspection is complete, FBO services available at KGPI can fuel/service aircraft on the CBP ramp.
  • FBOs will not approach the CBP ramp until a CBP Officer has signaled the inspection is complete.

Reporting Requirements

Pilots must give a minimum of 2 hours advance notice of their intended arrival. Voicemail and faxes are NOT acceptable means of delivering such notice.

Contact Information

The on duty CBP Inspector may be away from the telephone to clear cargo or arriving aircraft. Leave a voicemail with your return number and someone will respond to your call as soon as possible.
