Directions to Port Office

From North Tulsa

Take U.S. 75 South to Highway 11. Take Highway 11 east to the Virgin St. (Tulsa International Airport) exit. After exiting at the traffic light, turn right. Go east on Virgin Street to Cargo Road. Turn left on Cargo Road. The Customs office will be the only building on the left side of Cargo Road as you go North.

South Tulsa

Take Highway 169 North to I-244 West. Take I-244 West to Highway 11. Take Highway 11 West to the Virgin Street (Tulsa International Airport) exit. Exit to the right, and at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right on Virgin Street. Take Virgin Street to Cargo Road East (the first road on the left), and turn left on Cargo Road. The Customs office will be the only building on the left side of Cargo Road as you go North.

Reporting Requirements

For aircraft arrivals call (918) 832-4130 during business hours. Outbound international clearance and Landing rights requests for international aircraft arrivals, with the exception of emergencies and air ambulance emergency flights must be made during business hours.

 

Special Instructions

ALL requests for landing rights for international aircraft arrival must be approved IN PERSON by a Customs Officer at the Port of Tulsa.
