BPA Jesus Anaya

Border Patrol Agent Jesus Anaya contracted COVID-19 in June of 2021 and never recovered from the virus. He fought the disease for almost three years as he was admitted to numerous hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. On May 23, 2024, he succumbed to his COVID-19 illness.

Agent Anaya started his career with the U.S. Border Patrol on September 27, 2007, and was assigned to the Brownsville Station, in Rio Grande Valley Sector. The most important thing in the world to Jesus was his family. Agent Anaya is survived by his wife, two sons, and daughter.
