Arrangements for services outside of operational hours service must be made prior to 6:00 p.m. on Friday or the day before a designated Federal Holiday for weekends / holidays. The Customs and Border Protection Office at Chicago Executive Airport is located within a stand-alone building at 26 E. Palatine Road, between Milwaukee and Wolf Roads, in the southwest corner of the airfield.
Special Instructions
The officer is responsible for duties which may take them away from the office. It is advisable to call in advance to ensure that the officer will be available for services such as I-94 corrections or to make an appointment for the completion of a Certificate of Registration (form CBP4455) Note: This location is not a Global Entry Enrollment Center.
