Arrangements for services outside of operational hours service must be made prior to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays or the day before a designated Federal Holiday for weekends/holidays.
Special Instructions
The officer is responsible for duties which may take them away from the office. It is advisable to call in advance to ensure that the officer will be available for services such as for the completion of a Certificate of Registration (form CBP4457). I-94 correction requests cannot be addressed at this location.
Note: This location will not be able to address inquiries relating to the status (i.e. pending approval) of Global Entry applications or the future availability of appointments not currently reflected within the designated Trusted Traveler Program website. This location is a designated Global Entry Enrollment Center by appointment only through the Trusted Traveler Program website (https://ttp.dhs.gov/).
