Shine a Light Suicide Prevention and Awareness Printable Wallet Card

How to Print:

1. Print the Shine a Light Suicide Prevention and Awareness Printable Wallet Card to a color copier.
2. Cut along the four black dotted lines to trim.
3. Fold at the white center dotted line.
4. Put in your wallet.

Optional: Laminate the card to protect and preserve it.

How to Take a Screenshot With Your Phone:

iPhone

1. Open the Suicide Prevention e-Wallet Card.
2. Depending on your phone:
   • Press the Home and Lock buttons at the same time.
   • If that doesn’t work, press the Volume up and Lock buttons at the same time. Then tap Screenshot.
3. Choose Save to Photos. If you choose Save to Photos, you can view it in the Screenshots album in the Photos app, or in the All Photos album if iCloud Photos is turned on in Settings>Photos.

Android

1. Open the Suicide Prevention e-Wallet Card.
2. Depending on your phone:
   • Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
   • If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
3. At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture.
4. To find your screenshot, open the Gallery app, go to Album view and tap Screenshots.
