YUMA, Ariz. – Wellton Station Border Patrol agents patrolling near Gila Bend Wednesday arrested three illegal aliens from Mexico, including a 29-year-old man previously removed from the U.S. after convictions in New Jersey for child exploitation and maintaining child pornography.

During processing, agents conducted a records check and learned of Esau Rios-Osorio’s felony convictions.

Agents are processing all three men for immigration violations, in accordance with Yuma Sector guidelines.

Citizens may report suspected child exploitation or missing children to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children via its toll-free, 24-hour hotline: 1-800-THE-LOST (843-5678).

Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents effectively combat smuggling organizations attempting to transport people and contraband illegally through southwestern Arizona and California. Citizens can help the Border Patrol and U.S. Customs and Border Protection by calling 1-866-999-8727 toll-free to report suspicious activity. Callers may remain anonymous.
