RESTRAINT LEVELS:

Certain TRQs have an additional over-quota limit.  Once the over-quota limit fills, the goods become subject to a safeguard duty.  Please refer to the relevant subheading note to determine the commodities that are subject to safeguard duties.

REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Use “PE” as the primary SPI

Use entry type code 02, 06, 07, 12, 23, 32, 38, or 52.

Report in units of measure as shown in the HTS.

Merchandise presented at the opening shall be reported and released via ACE.
