CBP at the Port of Racine is committed to making Landing Rights requests for Batten International Airport as easy as possible.  The following contact options are available for landing rights requests:

The officer is responsible for duties which may take them away from the office. It is advisable to call in advance to ensure that the officer will be available for services such as I-94 corrections or to make an appointment for the completion of a Certificate of Registration (form CBP4455).  Note: This location conducts the inspection of General Aviation flights containing less than 20 passengers / crew and is not a Global Entry Enrollment Center. 

Inspection Instructions

Inspection services for the entrance/arrival of aircraft at Batten International Airport are available Monday-Friday, 0830-1630 in accordance with the port's permission to land procedures. 

Commercial aircraft operators departing the U.S. must obtain an outbound clearance by contacting CBP directly. 

  • Aircraft should park on the ramp at the CBP General Aviation Facility (GAF) 
  • The airport control tower can direct you in if needed. 
  • A CBP Officer will meet the aircraft on the ramp to begin the inspection. 
  • All crew and passengers will be processed inside the GAF. 
  • Be prepared to present passports, visas, pilot’s license, medical certificate, aircraft registration, and user fee decal (if appropriate). 
  • Please Contact Batten Airport at (262) 631-5620 to make arrangements for handling Regulated Waste/Garbage. 
  • Passengers can depart directly from GAF at the conclusion of their inspection 

Special Procedures

Advise CBP if transporting live animals, weapons, hunting trophies, or commercial imports.
