Relationship Enhancement Workshops

​At every stage of life, relationships with our spouses, children and extended families bring us both joy and challenges. Learning to manage stress and understand our emotions and behaviors can help us communicate more effectively with the important people in our lives. 

Building and maintaining healthy relationships takes time and effort. With the daily pressures of work, children, and chores, it can be easy to neglect your relationship and take your partner and other loved ones for granted. 

PREP 8.0 Relationship Intelligence for Couples

Prep 8.0 Relationship Intelligence for Couples workshop is offered in order to assist couples in enhancing their relationships. This workshop course is designed to help relationships at any stage of development and is available to any CBP employee and their significant other. 

ePrep Online Workshops

ePrep is an online workshop that teaches relationship skills and strategies to couples at any stage of development.  This workshop progresses through seven sections.  Each section will help improve your communication and relationship skills.  Any CBP employee can take this workshop at any time.  To receive a personalized link please send an email to cbpresiliency@cbp.dhs.gov.

Your Employee Assistance Program Is Here to Help

If you are having difficulty in a relationship, your CBP Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help you locate a marriage counselor, mediation services, or other relationship resources. The CBP EAP can also offer assistance and counseling for your family members, including children.

In addition to counseling services, your CBP EAP can also provide parenting tips or assist you and your family members with finding services for everyday life events like college scholarship information, summer camps, and eldercare resources. CBP EAP assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For more information, contact your CBP EAP, or send an email to cbpresiliency@cbp.dhs.gov.
