SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Imports described in Chapter 4, additional U.S. Note 18 are subject to agriculture licensing, except for products of Canada described above.  If no license is used or presented, the importer must enter the above commodities under the high rate as a Type 01 entry.  For further information on the Agriculture Licensing System, please contact Salam Elfarra at (202) 720‑9439 or Betty Ann Gonzales at (202) 720‑1344 of the Department of Agriculture.

NOTIFICATION:

No further editions of this QBT for Cheddar Cheese (Agriculture Licensing), Chapter 4 AUSN 18, will be issued until amendments in agreements or changes in quota amounts occur.
