SPECIAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:

Products from Mexico are not to be permitted or included in the quantitative limitation and shall not be classified using the in-quota HTS numbers.

For the purpose of administering tariff rate quotas containing minimum access quantities, imports will be applied to the minimum access quantity for a specific country.  Once the minimum access has been reached, subsequent imports will be applied to the Other Countries/Areas allocation if available.

DISTRIBUTION:

Please ensure that this notice is passed to all port directors, assistant port directors (Trade), import specialists, entry specialists, CBP officers, and other interested parties such as brokers and importers.

NOTIFICATION:

No further editions of this QB for Animal Feed, Chapter 23 AUSN 2, will be issued until amendments in agreements or changes in quota amounts occur.
