BACKGROUND:
The United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced in Federal Register Notice Volume 86, No. 163 (47703) dated August 26, 2021, an additional allocation to the 2021 Raw Sugar Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) of 90,100,000 kg. The new restraint levels are as follows:
