Articles the product of Mexico shall not be permitted or included under this quantitative limitation and no such articles shall be classifiable therein.
Special Instructions
Imports of peanuts in the shell shall be charged against the quantities on the basis of 75 kilograms for each 100 kilograms in the shell.
In accordance with Department of Agriculture regulations (7 CFR 319.37-2), imported raw peanuts under HTS numbers 1202.10.40 and 1202.10.80 from the following countries are prohibited from entry:
Burkina Faso, Cote D'Ivoire, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, People's Republic of China, Senegal, Thailand, and Taiwan.
