BIEC membership is comprised of representatives from over 50 Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) with import and export responsibilities. BIEC PGAs have equity in border issues with an admissibility role, have a statistical analysis role in border issues, and/or play an advisory role to BIEC initiatives and priorities. Together, BIEC members achieve their goals by creating cross-agency solutions, developing BIEC initiatives that address shared PGA issues, and leverage collaboration to identify pain points and solutions to PGA regulatory efforts.
